GG is an Australian Shepherd whose name, heart, and achievements each tell a powerful story. Her full name, Shimrin Gold and Gray Everyday, was chosen in honor of my grandson, Bentley, who passed away from DIPG, a rare and devastating form of childhood brain cancer. Gold represents childhood cancer awareness, and gray represents brain cancer awareness. Together, “Gold and Gray” is a tribute to his courage and a reminder of the urgent need for awareness surrounding childhood brain cancer, especially DIPG. GG carries his memory with her in everything she does—whether she is comforting others through her therapy work or stepping proudly into the show ring. Her name is more than a title; it is a purpose. Along with her meaningful name, GG has built an impressive record of accomplishments across multiple disciplines. In conformation, she is a Group-placing Bronze Grand Champion, earning both her Champion (CH) and Grand Champion (GCH) titles with grace and confidence. Beyond the show ring, she has also proven her versatility by excelling in rally, where her focus and precision shine through. GG’s Trick Dog Intermediate (TKI) title further showcases her intelligence, enthusiasm for learning, and joyful willingness to work. Yet GG’s greatest achievement is her heart. As a Certified Therapy Dog, she brings comfort, connection, and calm to everyone she visits. Her gentle temperament, intuitive nature, and steady presence reflect the very best qualities of the Australian Shepherd breed. Gypsy is the beautiful daughter of our Bronze Grand Champion GG (Multi-Group Placing GCHB CH Shimrin Gold And Gray Everyday RN THD CGC TKI). Gypsy has followed in her footsteps with her own AKC Championship, Grand Championship, and Trick Dog Novice titles.
Known for her composed, observant nature, Gypsy doesn’t simply fall in line with the crowd. She takes everything in with a calm, unreadable expression that makes her uniquely captivating. While she rarely reveals her thoughts, her playful side emerges with a mischievous hip-wiggle that lets us know she’s plotting fun. Gypsy brings intelligence, grace, and personality to our home.
AURORA

Aurora shines exactly as her name suggests.
Her registered name, Shimrin Celestial Lights, honors her dam, and pays tribute to my grandson, Bentley.
True to her name, Aurora brings a quiet light and purpose to everything she does. A serious and thoughtful working partner, Aurora has earned multiple CPE agility titles and is preparing for her AKC debut in 2026.
When it comes to herding, her style is quiet, deliberate and remarkably effective. She guides the flock with her intense eye contact and subtle, almost invisible weight shifts that hold the flock’s full attention. It’s this steady, immovable presence that earned her the nickname “Stonewall.”
Aurora is also deeply intuitive. She reads me with remarkable clarity and has formed a connection that runs deeper than words ever could. Her bond with my beloved heart-dog, Zona, was especially profound. Even now, there are moments when it feels like that bond continues to guide her.
Aurora is not just part of the pack; she is a grounding presence and a remarkable partner.

Trinket is a compact athlete with a bright mind and a huge heart.
She is extremely biddable, enthusiastic, and always ready to work. If she were a car, she’d be a Subaru Impreza WRX STI — quick, agile, and built for performance. She keeps us laughing every day and brings a joyful, spirited presence to our home.
Trinket is smart and intensely focused, with a lightning-fast recall and a natural drive to problem-solve. Outside, she can out-maneuver any dog on the property and sees it as her personal mission to keep all rodents in check. Her eagerness to please makes training a pleasure, and she consistently gives 100% in everything she does. She has already earned titles in FastCAT, Trick Dog, and CGC, and we look forward to introducing her to herding and expanding her performance career as time allows.
Trinket has tremendous potential and the athleticism to thrive in a wide range of sports.
